Product Description
Plastic End Closure Cap for GB specifications are designed for strut channel support system applications. Available in sizes to fit all common strut channel profiles. Standard materials include carbon steel Grades 4.8, 8.8, and 10.9, with stainless steel A2 (304) and A4 (316) available for corrosive environments. Brass and special alloys are available for specific applications. Surface treatments include zinc plating (Z.P.L), black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P), nickel plating (Ni.P), Decromet, Ruspert ceramic coating, and hot-dip galvanizing.
Typical applications span commercial construction, electrical installations, and finished channel end applications. These fasteners are designed to meet or exceed applicable international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance. Aufaster supplies these products in bulk packaging with full material traceability per EN 10204 Type 3.1, dimensional inspection reports, and mill test certificates available on request. Custom sizes, special materials, and non-standard finishes are available for OEM customers with volume requirements.
