Unbraced Cantilever for GB specifications are designed for strut channel support system applications. Available in standard lengths from 100mm to 800mm with various load ratings. Standard materials include carbon steel Grades 4.8, 8.8, and 10.9, with stainless steel A2 (304) and A4 (316) available for corrosive environments. Brass and special alloys are available for specific applications. Surface treatments include H.D.G.. Zinc plating (Z.P.L) provides 48-96 hours salt spray protection for general indoor use. Black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P) offers matte appearance with mild corrosion resistance. Nickel plating (Ni.P) provides superior wear and chemical resistance. Decromet coating delivers automotive-grade protection exceeding 500 hours per ASTM B117. Ruspert ceramic coating provides extended outdoor and marine exposure protection up to 1000 hours. Hot-dip galvanizing provides heavy-duty atmospheric protection for outdoor structural applications.

Typical applications span pipe support, cable tray support, electrical equipment mounting, and HVAC installations. These fasteners are designed to meet or exceed applicable international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.
