Stainless Steel Pan Head Self-Drilling Screw manufactured from stainless steel and conforming to DIN7504-N specifications are engineered for self-drilling fastening of metal-to-metal and metal-to-wood assemblies. The pan head design provides optimal load distribution and driving torque transmission.

Available in sizes 3.5mm through #9 with lengths from 9.5-19mm to 1/2-2", covering the most common range for industrial assembly applications. Custom sizes outside standard ranges can be produced for OEM customers with sufficient volume requirements. Material is stainless steel A2 (304) or A4 (316) providing inherent corrosion resistance for marine, food processing, and chemical environments. Surface treatments include Polish. Zinc plating (Z.P.L) provides 48-96 hours salt spray protection for general indoor use. Black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P) offers matte appearance with mild corrosion resistance. Nickel plating (Ni.P) provides superior wear and chemical resistance. Decromet coating delivers automotive-grade protection exceeding 500 hours per ASTM B117. Ruspert ceramic coating provides extended outdoor and marine exposure protection up to 1000 hours. Hot-dip galvanizing provides heavy-duty atmospheric protection for outdoor structural applications.

Typical applications span steel stud framing and drywall installation, sheet metal ductwork and HVAC systems, roofing and cladding installation, automotive body assembly, electrical equipment mounting, and general construction.
