Hex Flange Head Self-Drilling Screw, With Wing conforming to DIN7504-K specifications are engineered for self-drilling fastening of metal-to-metal and metal-to-wood assemblies. The hex flange head design provides optimal load distribution and driving torque transmission. The wing design creates an enlarged pilot hole, allowing fastening of thicker gauge metals without pre-drilling.

Available in sizes 4.8 through #12 with lengths from 13-75 to 3/4"~5", covering the most common range for industrial assembly applications. Custom sizes outside standard ranges can be produced for OEM customers with sufficient volume requirements. Standard material is C1022 hardened carbon steel achieving core hardness 32-40 HRC. Stainless steel variants available for corrosive environments. Surface treatments include Z.P.L. M.Z.P.L. Decromat Ruspert. Zinc plating (Z.P.L) provides 48-96 hours salt spray protection for general indoor use. Black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P) offers matte appearance with mild corrosion resistance. Nickel plating (Ni.P) provides superior wear and chemical resistance. Decromet coating delivers automotive-grade protection exceeding 500 hours per ASTM B117. Ruspert ceramic coating provides extended outdoor and marine exposure protection up to 1000 hours. Hot-dip galvanizing provides heavy-duty atmospheric protection for outdoor structural applications.

These fasteners are designed to meet or exceed applicable international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.
