Bugle Head Wood Screw, Square Drive, with Ribs conforming to 木螺钉 specifications are designed for wood and timber fastening applications. The square drive provides reliable driving performance. Ribs under the head reduce driving torque and improve countersinking for a flush finish.

Available in sizes #6x1" through #8x1-5/8", covering the most common range for industrial assembly applications. Custom sizes outside standard ranges can be produced for OEM customers with sufficient volume requirements. Standard materials include carbon steel Grades 4.8 and 8.8. Stainless steel A2 and A4 available for corrosive environments. Surface treatments include zinc plating (Z.P.L), black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P), nickel plating (Ni.P), Decromet, Ruspert ceramic coating, and hot-dip galvanizing.
