Countersunk Head Deck Screw, Square Drive, Knurled conforming to Deck Screw specifications are designed for wood and timber fastening applications. The square drive provides reliable driving performance. The knurled thread is specifically designed for composite materials and preservative-treated wood with ACQ-compatible coating.

Available in sizes #7x2" through #7x2-1/2", covering the most common range for industrial assembly applications. Custom sizes outside standard ranges can be produced for OEM customers with sufficient volume requirements. Standard materials include carbon steel Grades 4.8 and 8.8. Stainless steel A2 and A4 available for corrosive environments. Surface treatments include zinc plating (Z.P.L), black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P), nickel plating (Ni.P), Decromet, Ruspert ceramic coating, and hot-dip galvanizing.

Typical applications span decking, fencing, and outdoor wood structures. These fasteners are designed to meet or exceed applicable international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.
