Twisted Nail Combination Roofing Nail manufactured to GB specifications are designed for roofing and exterior building applications. The twisted shank geometry enhances grip in concrete and masonry, providing improved withdrawal resistance. Available in sizes 3.5mm through 5.3mm with lengths from 60-75mm to 150mm, covering the most common range for industrial assembly applications. Custom sizes outside standard ranges can be produced for OEM customers with sufficient volume requirements. Standard materials include carbon steel Grades 4.8, 8.8, and 10.9, with stainless steel A2 (304) and A4 (316) available for corrosive environments. Brass and special alloys are available for specific applications. Surface treatments include zinc plating (Z.P.L), black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P), nickel plating (Ni.P), Decromet, Ruspert ceramic coating, and hot-dip galvanizing.

Typical applications span roofing felt, underlayment, shingle, and membrane installation. These fasteners are designed to meet or exceed applicable international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.
