Asphalt Felt Nail manufactured to GB specifications are designed for roofing and exterior building applications. Available in sizes M4 through M24 with lengths from 19-50mm to 50mm, covering the most common range for industrial assembly applications. Custom sizes outside standard ranges can be produced for OEM customers with sufficient volume requirements. Standard materials include carbon steel Grades 4.8, 8.8, and 10.9, with stainless steel A2 (304) and A4 (316) available for corrosive environments. Brass and special alloys are available for specific applications. Surface treatments include zinc plating (Z.P.L), black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P), nickel plating (Ni.P), Decromet, Ruspert ceramic coating, and hot-dip galvanizing.

Typical applications span roofing felt, underlayment, shingle, and membrane installation. These fasteners are designed to meet or exceed applicable international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.
