Ring Shank Nail manufactured to GB specifications are designed for general construction fastening. The ring shank design provides superior pull-out resistance by creating mechanical interference with the surrounding material, ideal for hardwood and structural applications. Available in sizes BWG 16 through BWG 5 with lengths from 25mm to 152mm, covering the most common range for industrial assembly applications. Custom sizes outside standard ranges can be produced for OEM customers with sufficient volume requirements. Standard materials include carbon steel Grades 4.8, 8.8, and 10.9, with stainless steel A2 (304) and A4 (316) available for corrosive environments. Brass and special alloys are available for specific applications. Surface treatments include zinc plating (Z.P.L), black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P), nickel plating (Ni.P), Decromet, Ruspert ceramic coating, and hot-dip galvanizing.

Typical applications span general construction, decorating, and framing across residential, commercial, and industrial building projects. These fasteners are designed to meet or exceed applicable international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.
