Product Description

Drop In Anchor conforming to DIN specifications are engineered for heavy-duty fastening in concrete and masonry substrates. The internally threaded drop-in anchor provides a permanent threaded insert in concrete, requiring a setting tool for proper expansion. Available in sizes M6 through M24 with lengths from 25mm to 80mm, covering the most common range for industrial assembly applications. Custom sizes outside standard ranges can be produced for OEM customers with sufficient volume requirements. Material options include Low Carbon Steel, SS A2, A4. Carbon steel grades 4.8, 8.8, and 10.9 cover general purpose through high-strength structural applications. Stainless steel A2 (304) and A4 (316) provide corrosion resistance for marine, food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical environments. Brass is available for electrical and decorative applications requiring non-magnetic properties. Surface treatments include zinc plating (Z.P.L), black zinc phosphate (B.Z.P), nickel plating (Ni.P), Decromet, Ruspert ceramic coating, and hot-dip galvanizing.

Typical applications span overhead installations, machinery mounting, and flush threaded surface applications. These fasteners are designed to meet or exceed applicable international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.
